Kanyon Poly products are carefully built and prepared for outdoor use. This page explains current lead time expectations and the policy for custom or made-to-order products.

Lead Time Estimates
Lead times are estimates and may vary based on seasonality, material availability, order volume, production scheduling, and freight coordination.
The estimated lead time begins after order acceptance and confirmation of required order details. Orders with missing information, unresolved color selections, custom requests, or delivery questions may require additional time.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are built to order and cannot be canceled once submitted or approved. This includes specially configured products, custom color selections, special product combinations, or other made-to-order requests.
Please carefully confirm the following before submitting a custom order:
- Product selection
- Color and finish choices
- Quantity
- Shipping or delivery information
- Dealer or customer details
