Damage, Missing Items & Freight Claims Policy
Kanyon Poly takes care in preparing orders for shipment. If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing items, please follow the steps below so the issue can be reviewed properly.
Inspect Before Signing
For freight deliveries, inspect the shipment before signing the delivery paperwork whenever possible. Look for visible damage, crushed packaging, missing cartons, torn wrap, or signs that the shipment may have shifted in transit.
If damage or shortage is visible, note the issue clearly on the delivery paperwork before signing.
Keep Packaging
Do not discard packaging, pallets, boxes, or damaged materials until the issue has been reviewed. Carriers may require photos or inspection of the packaging as part of the claims process.
Report the Issue
Contact Kanyon Poly or your dealer as soon as possible with the following information:
- Order number or invoice number
- Customer name and delivery location
- Description of the damage or missing item
- Photos of the product, packaging, labels, and delivery paperwork
- Whether damage was noted with the carrier at delivery
Resolution
After the issue is reviewed, Kanyon Poly may help coordinate replacement parts, replacement items, repair guidance, or freight claim support as appropriate.
Damage or missing item claims are reviewed based on the order details, delivery documentation, photos, and carrier requirements.
